How to I get a domain and point it to your server?
If you purchase the domain through us, the domain will automatically be pointed to our servers. However, if you purchase a domain from another company, you will need to update the DNS with our name servers. The information needed to do this will be sent to you in our welcome email. If at any time you have any issues, you can contact our support department and they will help you to successfully complete this task.
Do you offer a personalized email?
Once you sign up for an account, you can create an email account in your CPanel. Depending on your plan, you can have one or multiple emails.
What payments do you accept?
QD Web Build accepts all major credit cards including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also mail a check or pay by cash app.
How do I cancel my service?
You can simply open a ticket with the cancellation department. The department will contact you within 24 hours, and verify your request. Your account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. If you want the account closed on another date, please let the support staff know.
Is there a discount for yearly service?
Yes, there is a discount for yearly service. The amount of the discount depends on the plan you choose. We also give yearly clients a free domain for the first year of service. After the first year, you will be billed the normal domain renewal rate.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes, you can sign up for our 14 day trial period to see if you like our product. After 14 days, you will be billing the ongoing rate.
